In the eastern quarter, Brahmi reigns supreme, gracefully seated upon a majestic swan, adorned with six arms. She is adorned in a resplendent yellow robe, with a deer skin draped gracefully as her upper garment.

Brahmi revered as Brahmani, with her right hand, she confers blessings upon devotees, while clasping a rosary, symbolizing spiritual guidance and divine grace. In her left hand, she carries a book and a pot, embodying the essence of wisdom and sustenance, radiating assurance and protection to all who seek her divine presence.

For pain relief, place your left hand on the area experiencing discomfort and focus your attention initially on the sahasrara, then on the precise site of pain. Recite “Om Asitanga Bhairavaya Namah” as needed and observe the resultant effects.

Influenced by Malevolent Spirits ? - Sadhana

For those who suspect the influence of malevolent spirits, a protective ritual is prescribed: taking vibhuti in the left hand, reciting the digbandhana mantra, placing the right hand over the left, applying the vibhuti to the forehead, and consuming the remainder. This ritual can be performed in the morning, evening, or night, at least twice a day, serving as a safeguard against negative influences.
