Radhakrishna Mai

An epitome of divine love and devotion is one of the simple yet foremost disciples of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba. She is known for her total surrender and true devotion as a result of which she could win the grace of her guru. She is one of the handful of Shirdi Sai Baba devotees who attained self-realization. Her life stands as a perfect example of how a disciple should strive to obtain guru’s grace.

Despite facing a lot of losses, struggles, insults and uncertainties all throughout her life, Mai never lost faith in god or guru. When she passed away in the year 1916, there were a lot of misconceptions and misrepresentations about the facts surrounding her death. These misrepresentations remained till date.
